Sample Pitching Analysis Report
This is a real analysis from an actual pitcher, reviewed by our coaching staff. This is exactly what you receive when you submit a video for a free evaluation.
What's inside the report
Every report walks through four views of the delivery: a Motion Analysis of the full pitch, a Key Frame Report that isolates leg lift, drive, foot strike, and release, a Power Transfer section that measures how energy moves up the chain, and a Plan of Action with drills matched to the pitcher's mechanics.
The five pillars we grade
Back Leg Efficiency: loading the back hip to coil rotational energy, then driving it toward the plate. Move Quality: a balanced gather with smooth forward momentum. Front Leg Stability: a firm front leg at foot strike that braces energy into the arm. Delayed Rotation: keeping the shoulders closed while the hips lead, then releasing at the right moment. Arm Path: getting to a clean, on-time slot with full extension out front.
Coach's note from this report
Overall, solid movement with a lot of good things to take away. The main focus for this pitcher is the front leg block. Once that gets cleaned up, we have a lot of confidence it will show up as both velocity and command improvements.
Strengths and areas to develop
Strengths: arm speed that follows body rotation for efficient energy transfer, and a strong back-leg load at peak leg lift. Areas to develop: front leg stability, where the front knee keeps drifting forward after foot strike, and move quality, where the move toward the plate has small stalls. Every priority fix comes with a why-it-matters explanation and a drill.
